What NailIt provides
NailIt generates AI-produced estimates of DIY materials costs, along with suggested materials, tools and steps. Estimates cover materials only and never include labour. See how pricing works.
Estimates are not quotes
Every figure on this site is an approximation generated by an AI model from typical US retail prices. Prices vary by region, brand, supplier and time. Nothing on NailIt is a quote, a bid, or a professional opinion, and no result should be relied on as the sole basis for a purchase or a construction decision. Verify prices and quantities before you buy.
Safety and professional work
Some work is dangerous or legally requires a licensed professional and permits — electrical, gas, structural, plumbing and roofing among them. NailIt flags what it can, but the flags are not exhaustive. You are responsible for working safely and for complying with local codes and permit requirements. Read our safety notice.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information. Do not use NailIt to break the law, to abuse or overload the service, to scrape it at scale, or to resell its output as your own professional estimating service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Affiliate links
NailIt earns commission on some retailer links at no extra cost to you. Purchases are contracts between you and that retailer — we are not party to them and cannot help with orders, delivery or returns. See our affiliate disclosure.
Availability
NailIt is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change or discontinue features.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NailIt is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss, damage, injury or cost arising from reliance on an estimate, from materials purchased, or from work you carry out. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
NailIt is operated by Veridian Group Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States. In these terms, "NailIt", "we" and "us" mean Veridian Group Inc. These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of NailIt, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
NailIt is intended for use in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your own local laws.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continuing to use NailIt means you accept the current version.
